CANCELLATION POLICY

Here are our policies to ensure the best experience: • Late Arrivals: If you’re more than 14 minutes late, a $20 late fee will apply. • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours means your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required. If you reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will still apply. • No Shows: If you don’t call, text, or show up, you’ll be charged the full service price. • Deposits & Services: All deposits, services, and training sessions are non-refundable. • Guests: Please, no children or additional guests during your appointment.
